A woman has surprised social media by revealing her dramatic transformation over four years.
Toxii, who loves body modifications, is now covered in tattoos, with the top half of her body fully blacked out in ink. But that’s just the start of her extreme changes.
She has removed her nose, tattooed her eyes and tongue, got horn-like implants in her forehead, and even split her tongue in half. And in case you’re wondering—yes, she kept her removed body parts in jars.

In a recent Instagram post, Toxii shocked her followers by sharing a rare before-and-after comparison. In 2019, she had long blonde hair, natural makeup, and no visible tattoos. Now, with black hair, heavy tattoos, and major modifications, she confidently shows off her new look.
When asked why she made these changes, she explained, “I like being imperfect. Imperfections make you unique.”
Toxii, who has nearly 160,000 Instagram followers, was recently interviewed by street artist Devon Rodriguez. He asked her about the most painful procedure.
“Did the implants on your forehead hurt?” he asked.
“No, not at all,” she said. “But my nose removal was way worse.”
She said it took eight weeks to heal. Then, Rodriguez asked the question everyone was thinking: “Did you keep your nose?”

Without hesitation, she said, “I have all my body parts in little jars.”
Some people praised her confidence, but many were shocked by her transformation.
“You were so beautiful before,” one person wrote.
Another asked, “Why would you do this to yourself?”
Some thought she made these changes too quickly. “These choices should be made over a longer time,” a user suggested.

Others even speculated about supernatural reasons. One commenter said, “She must be possessed.”
Despite all the criticism and speculation, Toxii continues to embrace her look. While some find it inspiring or shocking, one thing is clear—she is fully committed to her own style.
