A couple was filmed engaging in an intimate act on a jet ski, and the video quickly spread across social media.
The incident took place off the shores of São Vicente, a coastal area in São Paulo, Brazil. A fellow jet skier, who happened to pass by, recorded the couple and shared the footage online.
Willinha Ciriaco, a TikTok influencer with over 223,000 followers, captured the moment. He was sitting on his own jet ski when he noticed the couple. He zoomed in on them and even filmed himself covering his eyes in disbelief.
“How is your Thursday going?” he jokingly captioned another clip of the couple, which he later posted on Instagram.
The act reportedly happened in the Garganta do Diablo, a waterway at the entrance of São Vicente Bay. The area is known for strong currents and high waves, making it a risky location for such activities.
Ciriaco’s followers reacted with humor to the video. The TikTok post gained over 140 million views before it was removed from the platform.
One person joked, “This is how the mermaid was born.” Another added, “The sun, the sea… that’s where everything happens.”
This is not the first time such an event has taken place in Brazil. A few weeks ago, a group of beachgoers was filmed engaging in inappropriate acts on the rocks of a remote beach in Buzios, a high-end resort east of Rio de Janeiro.
More recently, a man was stopped by bystanders after being caught behaving inappropriately in the waves at a busy beach in Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro.
In Brazil, public indecency is illegal under Article 233 of the Brazilian Penal Code. Those found guilty can face a fine or a jail sentence of three months to one year.
Authorities continue to remind the public that such acts in open spaces are against the law, and offenders can be held accountable.
