Pornhub 2024 insights reveals Gen-Z has extremely different tastes to other generations

Pornhub has once again shared its annual report, revealing what people like to watch behind closed doors. They know your preferences, how long you spend watching, and even how age influences your choices.

The data highlights generational differences, showing that each group has its own unique tastes. Here’s a breakdown of what each generation prefers.

Gen Z (18-24)
Gen Z, the youngest group in the report, has a strong preference for vertical videos, optimized for viewing on phones. This generation also leans toward animated content like hentai, cartoons, and virtual reality.

Interestingly, they’re more likely than other groups to explore non-sexual content like gaming, music, and SFW (safe-for-work) categories.

Millennials (25-34)
Millennials have a unique interest in FMM threesomes—one woman with two men—which has replaced last year’s preference for FFM setups.

Another standout trend for this group is their love of parody videos, suggesting they enjoy humor alongside their adult content. This is a new category gaining traction.

Gen X (35-54)
Gen X spans a wider age range, and their preferences are equally broad. They favor compilation videos and role play.

When it comes to specific interests, this group is particularly drawn to feet-related content and enjoys watching threesomes in general, without a specific preference like Millennials.

Boomers (55 and Older)
Boomers tend to stick to what Pornhub calls “predictable tastes.” They are more likely to watch vintage content and categories like handjobs, BBW, and bisexual males.

Last year, this group showed interest in “smoking” videos, but now their top categories include strap-ons, gangbangs, and double penetration.

While Boomers prefer traditional content, Gen Z explores newer formats and non-traditional categories, highlighting how technology and age shape adult content preferences.

Pornhub’s data shows that no matter the age, each generation has its own way of engaging with content, with clear trends dividing younger and older viewers.
