A woman who married a rag doll in a unique ceremony has shared that she is expecting her fourth ‘child.’
Meirivone Rocha Moraes, 37, recently posted on TikTok, where she has 734,000 followers, about her pregnancy. She mentioned experiencing morning sickness and cravings for ketchup. This news comes after she welcomed twins with her rag doll husband, Marcelo, in December 2023. Now, just over a year later, their family is growing again, joining two-year-old Marcelinho and twin daughters, Marcela and Emilia. Her mother, Dona Filó, encouraged her to take a pregnancy test after hearing about her symptoms.
In a video with 70,000 views, Meirivone shows herself taking the pregnancy test. She dips the test into a cup of urine and waits for the results. When she sees it’s positive, she jumps with joy and shares the news with Marcelo.
Meirivone expressed her surprise at the result, saying, “The surprise was huge because we already have the twins, and now another baby is coming. I thought I wouldn’t have more children after the twins.” She married Marcelo in 2018 and said she uses contraception, including the pill and condoms. However, doctors have told her she is “extremely fertile.”
Reflecting on the unexpected news, she said, “I’m worried about having twins or triplets again someday. But no matter what, we will love our new baby.” Marcelo, on the other hand, seems a bit overwhelmed. Meirivone said, “He didn’t want another child. We did everything right, but now he’s worried about how we’ll afford all these babies. He might need to find another job.”
