Richard lives with his wife and five children, and his family life is often shared online by his wife. Despite some negative feedback, Richard insists that their family is just like any other. He’s faced judgment because of his appearance, with many criticizing his tattoos on social media.
Richard’s tattoo journey began at the age of 17, starting with small pieces on his legs. Over the years, it turned into an addiction, and now about 85% of his body is covered. He explained that tattoos became fascinating to him, and he wants to be 100% covered within the next few years.
His tattoos are deeply personal, including names of his children and even his daughter’s lip print. Despite his growing collection, Richard acknowledges the challenges that come with his appearance. Some children at his kids’ school find him intimidating because of his tattoos. His daughter shared that kids sometimes say, “It’s a bit scary,” but she reassures them that he’s not scary.
Richard’s wife, Marita, initially judged him based on his appearance but later realized that he was a kind and loving person. She shares posts online, highlighting how Richard treats her and their children with care and respect.
Though he’s a loving husband and father, Richard still faces criticism. One comment questioned whether he really needed face tattoos, but he responds that it’s his choice and he’s happy with it. Supporters of Richard believe his tattoos don’t define him as a person.
Richard said, “If someone judges me for my tattoos, they have something wrong with themselves.” Despite the judgment, he and his family are happy with their choices. Richard emphasized, “We’re happy, and that’s all that matters.”
