Evil Woman Who Kept Two-year-old In A Cage And Tried To Sell Child For $1.2 Million Found Dead

Claire Boyle, a woman with a history of legal troubles, was recently found dead, bringing attention back to her past actions.

Her body was discovered in a house on Main Street in Ochiltree, East Ayrshire, on Thursday, April 4. A spokesperson for Police Scotland stated: “At around 7 AM, police were called due to the sudden death of a woman.” They added that there were no suspicious circumstances, and a report was sent to the Procurator Fiscal.

Boyle, believed to be in her late 30s, had faced child neglect charges in the past. In 2021, a court heard about a four-year-old child who suffered serious neglect. The situation was so concerning that doctors feared the child might have a serious medical condition.

The case came to light when the child escaped through a small window gap and fell four feet to the ground. He was later found wandering outside in the rain, wearing only pajamas.

When police entered Boyle’s home, they found a two-year-old child trapped inside a structure made from a crib base and secured with belts.

Boyle and her partner, Timothy Johnstone, who was 23 years older than her, denied the neglect charges, but both were found guilty. However, they did not receive jail time. Boyle was sentenced to 250 hours of community service and was still allowed to care for the children.

Her legal issues dated back to 2014 when she was found unconscious on a couch with a distressed baby nearby. She was given a Community Payback Order.

That same year, she faced another order after a strange incident where she attempted to sell a baby for $1.2 million on Ayr High Street. Witnesses saw her shouting at the child and leaving him in an unsafe spot.

Boyle had several ongoing court cases and was supposed to appear in June at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court for two more legal matters.
