Author Ashley St. Clair recently made a public statement, claiming that Elon Musk is the father of her five-month-old baby.
On February 15, she shared the news on Twitter, saying: “Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father.” She explained that she had not spoken about it before to protect their child’s privacy and safety but decided to speak out because the media was planning to reveal it anyway.

Ashley also requested that journalists respect their child’s privacy and avoid publishing intrusive reports.
Musk later responded to a post about the situation. A Twitter user shared an old screenshot of tweets between Ashley St. Clair and another user, Greg Price. In the tweet, Price had said: “He’s got a kid with a woman already. Seems unlikely to work out.”
Ashley had replied: “Well, he actually has 7 kids & goes through women pretty fast.” This tweet has since been deleted.
When Musk saw the screenshot, he simply replied with “Whoa.”
At present, Musk has 12 confirmed children with three different women. If Ashley’s claim is true, this child would be his 13th.
A Twitter user named Milo later shared the screenshot and wrote: “Ashley St. Clair plotted for HALF A DECADE to ensnare Elon Musk.” It’s unclear what exactly Musk was reacting to when he wrote “Whoa.”
Meanwhile, Brian Glicklich, President and CEO of Digital Strategy Ltd., released a statement on Ashley’s behalf. He confirmed that she and Musk have been working privately on an agreement regarding their child.
However, he added that a tabloid reporter kept pressuring Ashley and her family, making it impossible to finalize the process in private.
The statement ended by saying Ashley expects Musk to publicly acknowledge the situation soon, so there is no unnecessary speculation and their child’s well-being is protected.
