Demi Moore says Bruce Willis no longer recognizes her.

Bruce Willis is facing serious health challenges, and his condition is worsening. According to recent reports, he no longer recognized his ex-wife, Demi Moore, during a visit. The reason behind this is his ongoing battle with frontotemporal dementia, a disease he has been struggling with since March 2022.

For over a year, the Hollywood actor has been dealing with memory loss, which has impacted his daily life. His illness forced him to step away from acting, and sadly, it continues to affect him more each day. The most recent sign of this was when he failed to recognize Demi Moore, someone he was married to for 13 years.

An insider revealed that Demi visited Bruce’s home recently after returning from a trip to Italy. However, she was shocked when Bruce did not know who she was and asked, “Who is standing in front of me?”

Despite their divorce, Demi has stayed close to Bruce’s children and his wife, Emma Heming. She had no idea how much his condition had progressed until that moment. Over the years, Bruce and Demi had three daughters together—Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah.

Bruce’s condition is getting worse every day. Dementia can lead to major personality changes, memory loss, and mood swings. Since Bruce had not seen Demi in a long time, his brain simply lost those memories.

Thankfully, Bruce still recognizes his wife, Emma, and their children. He also lights up when he sees his eldest daughter, Rumer, and her baby, Louetta, who was born in April 2023. However, even these happy moments cannot stop the effects of his illness.

His condition has also brought physical weakness and moments of aggression. Emma Heming recently opened up about how difficult dementia is, not just for Bruce but for the entire family. She explained, “Dementia is hard. It’s tough on the person diagnosed, but it’s just as tough on the family.”
