The Welsh TV personality often posts her tough workout routines on Instagram, where fans have nicknamed her “Supervorders.” At 62, Carol’s dedication to fitness is admired by many, and her posts often get plenty of compliments.

Carol has been a familiar face on TV for 40 years, with over 10,000 appearances in shows like Countdown, This Morning, and The Great Celebrity Bake Off. Beyond her TV career, she earned a private pilot’s license in 2014 and worked with NASA in 2015 to inspire kids to explore space science.

When she’s not on TV or flying planes, Carol spends time working out. She says exercise is essential as you age. “Women in their 60s weren’t taught to exercise much. But now, stretching and squats are necessary,” she shared in an interview. Recently, Carol posted gym photos in a grey crop top and leggings, saying, “Five gym sessions this week. Eating clean, drinking water, walking…my happy state.”

Carol is also open about her personal life. Single since 2007, she prefers her independence. She has what she calls “special friends”—five men she has no-strings-attached relationships with. Carol says, “I don’t want to marry again or live with a man. It’s a happy, honest setup.”

Her openness extends to her social media. She posted a fun video lip-syncing to It’s Raining Men, showing off her dance moves. Fans loved it, calling her “brilliant” and “unstoppable.”
