Bryan Johnson is a controversial figure in health tech, known for his extreme biohacking methods in his mission to “live forever.” From injecting plasma from his son to shipping his frozen body across 3,750 miles, Johnson’s dedication to his cause is hard to ignore.

He spends $2 million a year on his health routine, and while critics question his methods, Johnson’s appearance has changed significantly. He’s appeared alongside UFC’s Dana White and Logan Paul and recently starred in Netflix’s Don’t Die: The Man Who Wants to Live Forever. Yet, some of his approaches continue to confuse people, like when he shared his son’s “erection data” on social media. Yes, you read that correctly.
Despite the controversy, Johnson’s work has sparked some interest, and now he’s encouraging men to check their own “Johnson” in an effort to improve their body’s health. On his Project Blueprint website, he talks about how monitoring your erections can help you track overall health.

Johnson claims that men who don’t have “robust boners” are 70% more likely to die prematurely. He also mentions that while there’s less data on women, they should also monitor their nocturnal arousal cycles. According to him, men in their twenties can have over three hours of nighttime erections, but by the time men hit their seventies, this drops to less than 50 minutes.
He believes that erection problems could appear up to five years before signs of heart disease, so he suggests that men regularly monitor their erections. He follows a strict health regimen involving semen analysis, blood flow tests, and prostate health checks. He also tracks his nighttime erections as part of his health routine.

Johnson uses the AdamHealth sensor to calculate his “AndroAge” score, which measures erection health. The product has been in high demand, with the website stating a waiting list for orders. Johnson seems proud of his results, claiming that he averages around 3 hours and 14 minutes of erections each night.
