Adult model Lily Phillips surprised many of her followers by sharing a video from her latest “backdoor challenge,” where she took part in a scene with over 100 men in a single day.
Earlier, Phillips had talked openly about the physical challenges that come with her work, explaining how it has affected her health over time.
But now, she’s making headlines again with another bold event online.
This time, she teamed up with fellow performer Wisconsin Tiff for the challenge, which involved being with 50 men in a row.
Phillips first caught attention when she shared her experience of participating in a scene with 101 men over 14 hours. That moment got a lot of public reaction, both surprised and concerned.
In her recent event, lines of men waited for their turn, with some even wearing costumes, according to Phillips.
She shared details about the event, mentioning how she greeted each participant, gave them a short talk about safety and respect, and even provided snacks and drinks to keep things comfortable.
However, the response online wasn’t all positive. Many viewers found the footage and idea behind it quite unexpected and hard to watch.

Unfortunately, things didn’t go smoothly for her friend Tiff. After the challenge, she had to go through surgery because of injuries from the event.
Tiff posted updates from the hospital, explaining the situation. She said: “We thought it would be something fun, but I had to get medical help afterward. I wouldn’t suggest anyone try this.”
She later shared a painful update, mentioning she was still healing and using ice packs for relief.
