Elon Musk and Shivon Zilis have welcomed their fourth child together.
Zilis shared the news on Friday, Feb. 28, in a post on X, announcing the arrival of their second son, Seldon Lycurgus. However, she did not reveal when he was born.
She wrote, “Discussed with Elon and, in light of beautiful Arcadia’s birthday, we felt it was better to also just share directly about our wonderful and incredible son Seldon Lycurgus. Built like a juggernaut, with a solid heart of gold. Love him so much ♥️.”
Musk replied to the post with a simple “♥️.”
A source told PEOPLE that Musk “really loves Shivon.” The two first made headlines in November 2021, when it was revealed they had secretly welcomed twins, Strider and Azure. According to court documents published in July 2021, the twins were born just weeks before Musk and Grimes welcomed their daughter, Exa Dark Sideræl, via a surrogate.
On Feb. 28, 2024, Musk and Zilis had their third child together, Arcadia. A year later, on Feb. 28, 2025, Zilis posted a birthday message for her daughter: “Happy 1st birthday, darling Arcadia. Mommy loves you with all her heart 💞.”
Nearly two years after Musk and Zilis had their twins, Grimes spoke about their blended family in a post on X. She shared that she and Zilis had talked and understood each other’s situations better.
Zilis responded, saying, “At the end of the day it all ended up for the best! Thank you for taking the time to really connect and understand each other. So glad we had such a wonderful talk, was insanely overdue. You’re a total badass and I respect you very much as well. I can’t wait for kiddo play date and congrats on baby Tau as well!”
Musk and Grimes have three children: X Æ A-12 (4), Exa Dark Sideræl (3), and Techno Mechanicus aka Tau (2).
Recently, Musk also had a 13th child with author Ashley St. Clair. On Feb. 14, she revealed they had a son named R.S.C., born five months ago.
Musk first became a father in 2002 when he and Justine Wilson had Nevada Alexander, who sadly passed away at 10 weeks old. They later had twins Vivian and Griffin (20) and triplets Kai, Saxon, and Damian (19).
