A well-known adult model has shared the challenges of working while on her period.
Kayla Jade, 30, from New Zealand, has gained a large following by speaking openly about her job as a full-service worker.
In 2024, she began posting videos on TikTok, where she talks about client requests, what happens during bookings, and how much she earns.
Kayla keeps her videos casual, often filming while eating, shopping, or doing her makeup.
In a recent video, she mentioned that she had a booking later that day but was on her period.
“I’m probably going to cancel, but if I decide to go, I need to get some period sponges,” she explained from her car.
She added that these products are available online, but this time, she planned to buy them from an adult-only store.
The video then showed a bright blue sky as Kayla walked inside the store with her hair blowing in the wind and sunglasses on.
She also wore a black Van Cleef necklace while speaking to her followers.
“Sometimes they don’t have them, and if they don’t, I’ll take that as a sign not to go,” she said.
Inside the store, Kayla stood in front of a bowl of sponges wrapped in plastic packaging.
These products can be used during intimacy and removed afterward.
“These aren’t my usual choice, but they’ll have to do,” she said before purchasing two.
Back in her car, she admitted, “I really don’t like these ones.”
She explained that her usual ones have a hook for easy removal, but these did not.
“The shape and everything about them, I don’t like. But it’s better than nothing.”
Kayla started her OnlyFans account in 2022 and has since gained 514,000 Instagram followers and 1.9 million on TikTok.
In a November 2024 interview with MamaMia, she said it was “wild” how fast her videos were growing in popularity.
“It’s been natural for me to talk about my work, and it’s amazing to see this community,” she said.
She added that most of her TikTok audience is female, including many mothers who enjoy watching her content.
