A man from South Carolina is getting a lot of praise after sharing his 336-pound weight loss journey.
Cole Prochaska has inspired thousands by showing his incredible transformation over the past two years. His journey took a lot of hard work, discipline, and consistency.

At his heaviest, Cole weighed about 600 pounds and knew he had to change his lifestyle. Realizing his health was at risk, he made the choice to turn things around.
Sharing his motivation on Twitter, he wrote: “Two years ago, I decided I didn’t want to die young. I didn’t want diabetes. I wanted to see my true potential. I took my life back. 330+ lbs down, and I’m not done yet. Believe in yourself!”
His weight loss wasn’t easy, and he has been open about the challenges. In a bold move, he shared a shirtless progress photo to show how far he has come.
“It’s very hard to share a shirtless picture, but I’ve come so far. Over 336 lbs down! Most didn’t believe in me, but I believed in myself.”

His story quickly gained attention, and many people commented to show their support. One person wrote: “Keep going! You’ve inspired me to start my own weight loss journey. I need to lose 120 lbs to be fit. Starting today!”
Now, Cole is facing another challenge—dealing with excess skin after such a big weight loss. To help fund surgery, he started a GoFundMe campaign with a goal of raising $100,000.
Explaining why he needs the surgery, he said: “I reached my weight goal, but my journey isn’t complete until I remove this extra skin.”

His transformation was possible because of consistent exercise, healthy eating, and self-discipline.
Looking back, Cole described his change by saying he went from being the size of three people to just one. He calls it “3 to 1.”
With strong belief in himself, he shared a final message: “People didn’t believe in me, but I believed in myself. Over 361 pounds down, and I’m not done yet. You can do anything you set your mind to. I hope my story helps others going through the same thing.”
