OnlyFans mom furious after being banned from volunteering at sons’ school

A mother who worked as an adult model has lost her two-year legal fight against a Florida school district that banned her from volunteering.

Victoria Triece, 33, sued Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) for $1 million in 2023. She claimed Sand Lake Elementary stopped her from helping out after discovering her online content.

At the time, she said she felt “humiliated” and argued that her personal life was private. She sued OCPS for violating her rights to free speech, free assembly, and privacy. Triece, who has been featured in magazines like Playboy and FHM, also accused the school board of wrongly sharing her photos among staff and media.

But on January 29, Judge Brian S. Sandor ruled against her, stating she had no legal right to volunteer at the school.

“There is no proof that her rights as a parent were violated,” the judge wrote, according to ClickOrlando.

He explained that the volunteer program did not guarantee anyone the right to participate or challenge a removal decision. The judge also noted that she never filed an official appeal with OCPS.

Regarding privacy, Florida’s Constitution does not give her the right to volunteer. The judge also ruled that the school district was legally allowed to share her images since they were part of a public records request.

Her claim of wrongful image sharing was denied because the school’s actions were for official reasons, not personal harm.

OCPS has not commented due to possible further legal action. Triece’s lawyer, Mark NeJame, confirmed she plans to appeal.

NeJame said the ruling hurts not only Triece but also parents who want to be involved in their children’s education.

Triece, who has over 148,000 Instagram followers and 264,000 TikTok followers, says her work allows her to support and spend time with her two children.

She told WESH in 2023: “I started this job because I didn’t want a regular 9-to-5. I wanted to be involved in my kids’ lives.”

Triece had volunteered at the school for five years before someone anonymously sent explicit photos to the principal in 2021.

Principal Kathleen Phillips reported it to her supervisor, leading to Triece being banned.

Triece passed all background checks and has no criminal record. She argued that no one should be judged for their job.

“I feel judged and isolated,” she told WESH.
