Married Man “Horrified” To Find Random Woman Giving Him Oral As He Slept

Woman jailed after drunkenly sneaking into a married man’s room and assaulting him.

Marie Le-Mar, 38, was sentenced to three years and six months in prison for several offenses. On March 15 last year, after a night of heavy drinking, she stripped naked and got into the bed of a man, who was sleeping separately from his wife due to his snoring.

The court heard that the man woke up during the assault in the dark. Prosecutor John Farmer explained: “He thought it was his wife. She tried to pull him on top of her to engage in sex, but she fell off the bed.”

When the man realized it wasn’t his wife, he turned on the light and saw Le-Mar was drunk and naked. He informed his wife, who called the police immediately.

Before the police arrived, Le-Mar threatened the man’s wife, saying she would “knock her f*ing teeth out.”** She resisted arrest, assaulted a police officer, and was eventually taken into custody.

Le-Mar admitted to charges of causing someone to engage in sexual activity without consent, sexual assault, common assault, and assaulting an emergency worker. However, she claimed she had no memory of the incident due to being “very drunk.”

Her lawyer, Derek Johashen, said Le-Mar had a difficult childhood and used alcohol as a way to cope. He added: “She is not a predator and has no sexual attraction to this man. She cannot explain why she acted this way.”

Johashen further said Le-Mar had no history of sexual offenses, but her behavior was driven by alcohol abuse. “Alcohol is not an excuse, but she was drunk to the point of falling off the bed.”

During sentencing, Judge Thomas Rochafard emphasized: “Sexual offenses against men are just as serious as those against women.” He added that the man’s experience must have been distressing, especially given his health concerns and the fear of COVID-19 at the time.

The judge said being drunk does not excuse such actions. Le-Mar now has time in prison to reflect on her choices and her misuse of alcohol.
