Recently, Sir Paul McCartney, the famous singer from The Beatles, was spotted wearing a man bun while on vacation with his wife, Nancy Shevell, in St. Barts. Despite global travel restrictions from the pandemic, the 78-year-old musician seemed to be enjoying his yearly trip to the Caribbean.
Even as he nears 80, McCartney still shows a youthful spirit by trying new hairstyles. His wife, Nancy, looked stylish in a pink top, brown fedora, and oversized sunglasses. McCartney and the other Beatles have always been known for their distinct hairstyles, with McCartney often wearing long hair throughout his career.
In 2018, McCartney made headlines when he decided to stop dyeing his hair and embraced his natural gray color, moving away from his long-time red hair. His recent choice of a man bun hairstyle shows that he continues to experiment with his looks.
McCartney had a busy holiday season, which included a trip to St. Barts and the release of his new album, “McCartney III.” He composed and recorded the album during the lockdown. In an interview with actor Idris Elba, McCartney shared that making an album was not part of his original plan. It all happened unexpectedly.
He explained, “I had no intention of making an album. I had ten songs and thought, ‘What am I going to do with them?’” McCartney didn’t realize he was making an album, so he recorded 10 tracks without a set plan.
When asked about the album title, McCartney explained that “McCartney III” was a logical choice because of its solo nature, similar to his previous albums, “McCartney I” and “McCartney II.” This helped him see the direction he wanted for the album.
