78-year-old Susan Sarandon criticized for her clothing

Susan Sarandon is one of the most recognized actresses of her time. Known for her strong presence on screen, she’s also made headlines for speaking her mind off-screen.

Her career took off with the 1975 cult classic The Rocky Horror Picture Show, where she played Janet Weiss. After this, Sarandon went on to star in several successful films, including Thelma & Louise, earning an Academy Award nomination for her role. She won the Oscar later for her performance in Dead Man Walking.

Apart from her acting, Sarandon is a strong advocate for body positivity and isn’t afraid to express herself through fashion. She has a bold personality and openly supports various causes.

At a red carpet event, Sarandon wore a white jacket with a black bra underneath, which caused some people to comment negatively on her outfit. One journalist even called it “totally inappropriate.” But instead of responding with words, Sarandon posted a picture of herself in her underwear, proudly showing off her figure. It was her way of letting people know that she doesn’t care about their opinions of what she should wear.

Sarandon also doesn’t worry much about aging. She explained in an interview that, with age, her view of time has changed. “When you realize time is precious, you focus on what matters most,” she said. She added that she only surrounds herself with people who are curious, brave, and adventurous.
